"Blacktron Attacks!" was my main build for Bricks by the Bay 2018.  It was one of my largest diaramas to date.  It featured a large moonscape with the peaceful Futuron moonbase being attacked by Blacktron forces swarming in from a large Blacktron Mothership.  The Mothership was one of the main focal points and featured a horizonal line of red LED lights.  I wanted to do something that evoked the monolithic circular alien motherships from the movie "Independence Day."  The Blacktron tank was motorized as well. In addition to the red LED lights on the mothership, the moonscape had undulating LED lights underlying some red, orange and yellow trans-color bricks to give the impression of "battle damage."  You can get a good look at that in the video below.  Also, the Blacktron tank below the mothership was remote controlled to give a bit of motion.  You can't see it in the photos, but the moon mine had a light inside so that you could see the moon crystals that were being mined.
